At Peninsula House, the farm lives within our walls — nurtured together with Commons Farming. Our farmers grow each leaf in a clean, controlled environment, free of soil and pesticides, and harvest only what is ready each morning.

From there, they work hand in hand with our chefs — carrying the day’s harvest straight into the kitchen and onto the plate, alive with freshness and respect.
